By entering in periods (multi-date and single-date periods), and uploading logos to represent the period on the timeline, users can graphically show work experience, education, honors, certifications, skills, activities, and other important moments, which have occurred in their lives.

In addition to generating a timeline, the system will generate the standard text version resumes through the periods users enter for their timeline. As well, users can create an introduction or cover letter to proceed their resume.

Users can send their Timeline Resume via email. This allows users to post the files on their websites, burn them to a CD-ROM, and send via email to others. They can also modify these files after they have sent the files to themselves if the system didn't format the pages exactly they way they wanted them to, since the output is in standard HTML or XML format.
